My love for good design drives me to find the perfect balance between form and function to deliver solutions that achieve both aesthetic appeal and business results.

Currently, as the Senior Product Design Lead at Flink, I lead a team dedicated to crafting user-centric, innovative solutions that align seamlessly with our business goals. My role goes beyond design; it encompasses strategic decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and nurturing a supportive, high-performing design culture. My projects at Flink, including the successful launches of Flink Prime in Germany and the Netherlands, and the comprehensive redesign of order tracking and priority delivery, reflect a commitment to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and a streamlined user experience.

Throughout my career, I’ve been involved in high-impact projects, from conceptualizing and launching features within MTN MoMo to helping lead the rebranding efforts for Absa/Barclays, ensuring smooth rollouts across digital platforms. These experiences have enriched my understanding of business, stakeholder engagement, and the value of design as a strategic tool.
