KLM and Air France wanted to launch a door-to-hotel luggage drop off service for first class passengers. I was tasked to look at the easiest way for an agent to manage the process - a system that tracks the bags and where they are in the process.

I started with a basic list of items, and iterated on this until we reached something better than the current three-way handoff.

This was my first time working in the aviation space and it was a fun challenge to figure out how to make such a complex process simple for the end-user.
