Product Design | Design Lead UX/UIFor the past year and a half, I have worked closely with MTN to develop and research new features that are needed by the current mobile money market in South Africa. MTN's groundbreaking Mobile Money (MoMo) service lets you store, send, and receive money using your phone. You don't need a bank account or fancy smartphone to use it - it works on the most basic of feature phones too! The platform is improving at an alarming rate with support for more phones and phones from different countries.
With our agent app, a major milestone has been reached with the introduction of corporate accounts for outbound transactions. This means that any businesses that have a corporate account can now bill, send and receive value from MTN users.
